The location is fantastic, just steps from great shopping and food options. We loved playing tennis and using the indoor pool and hot tub with our big family—perfect for letting the kids burn off energy after a long drive. The breakfast area was spacious and had a delicious variety of options.
My kids wished the elevator had been working as it was tough carrying our bags up all those flights during our stay. It would be great if they improved the elevator system for families.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Country Club Plaza, allowing us to explore the area easily. However, the elevator was slow and at times a bit frustrating.

I really liked the location of this hotel, just off the Country Club Plaza. It made exploring shops and restaurants super easy. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. They offered fresh waffles and a variety of delicious eggs. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, which made a difference. However, parking was quite frustrating. I had to deal with street parking and finding a spot was a challenge, especially during busy times. The elevator was slow, which added to the inconvenience. My room was clean but it was a bit dated. The outside entrance felt more like an added hassle than a perk, with a stairway leading up to the room. Late-night noises from the street were distracting, impacting my sleep. I enjoyed my stay, but they really need to work on the parking situation and perhaps update some of the facilities for a better experience.

The Two-Bedroom Suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable choice for families. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, including delicious options like vermicelli, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the gym equipment felt a bit lacking and could benefit from more investment. Additionally, the heating unit was unexpectedly noisy, which disrupted sleep at times. Overall, it was a good stay but with some room for improvement.
